WHO: JCGOP (Johnston County Grand Old Party / Johnston County Republican Party) monthly meetings are open to the public.  Conservative minded citizens of Johnston County are encouraged to attend.

WHEN: JCGOP holds regular monthly meetings as well as special events throughout the year.  Monthly meetings are generally held on the second Tuesday of every month at 6:30 PM.  Special events are held throughout the year sponsored by candidates, elected officials, or party affiliates in addition to the Johnston County Republican Party itself.

WHERE: Meeting and event locations vary.  Information regarding where can be found on this site.

HOW: While donations are always appreciated, no fees or dues are required to attend the monthly meetings.  Meetings are announced in advance on the web site, on the calendar, and through our email distribution list.

WHY: We believe that your participation in the Johnston County Republican Party monthly meetings and special events is a worthwhile investment of your time and energy. Our goal is to work together to improve our communities and to make them wholesome places in which to live, work and play.  We study the issues and candidates together and come together to support and uphold leaders who are honest, good, and wise--leaders who act with integrity and sound judgment.

Why Should You Participate?
The strength and value of a society depends on the active involvement of every citizen. The Johnston County GOP serves as a means for citizens who hold similar values and priorities to come together and ensure that ours is a society in which every person has the maximum opportunity to realize their full potential. Specifically, we embrace the letter and spirit of the Constitution, limited government and free market principles. We work to elect men and women who embrace this philosophy and to support them in their efforts on our behalf.
