Biography
Nicolle T. Phair grew up in Harnett County and received her early education in the Harnett County school system.  She studied at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and received an undergraduate Degree in English. Nicolle T. Phair continued her studies and earned a Masters Degree in Library Science and her law degree from North Carolina Central University School of Law.  

Upon graduating law school, Nicolle T. Phair began in private practice representing clients in Laurinburg and Fayetteville, North Carolina. She continued in 1999 by opening her own law firm in Sanford NC, The Phair Firm.  She has been practicing in Sanford for over thirteen years.  Her areas of practice are Family Law, Civil Litigation, Personal Injury, and Criminal Law. 

Ms. Phair has been practicing law for fifteen years and is a member of the North Carolina State Bar, the North Carolina Advocates for Justice and is a certified mediator for the state.  She is also a member of various clubs and organizations to include the Rotary Club, the Harnett and Lee County Bar Associations and Juvenile Justice Crime Prevention Board. 

Ms. Phair has litigated cases in both state and federal courts in Eastern North Carolina.  She is active in her church and enjoys working with young people to help them achieve their goals.  Ms. Phair believes that your choices today determine your opportunities tomorrow.  Ms. Phair is a candidate for District Court Judge in the Eleventh Judicial District, which includes Harnett, Johnston, and Lee Counties.
